Basha Systems LLC as the developer of the HotDocs version of Wealth Transfer Planning is the sole authorized provider of HotDocs template customization services and Time Matters integration services. We have been with ILS from the beginning, when they made their transition to HotDocs. We know the system, because we built it and continue to work closely with ILS to maintain it. We took this insight and created a support program to assist you customize your HotDocs templates and maintain those customizations. We then took that knowledge, along with our experience with Time Matters to develop a unique feature package to meet the special needs of Estate Planning Professionals. The system we built transforms your database overnight. And what's more, the client data you enter in Time Matters can be imported directly into you WTP Client Files.

Time Matters is an invaluable resource for managing your law practice. To us it optimally, however, requires substantial customization (and training). And to make it possible for client and party data to flow into your Wealth Transfer Planning templates, takes even more work. Basha Systems has delivered a feature package that will transform your Time Matters database, accompanied by training on how to use those customizations.

License to, installation and configuration of EPMS Estate Planning & Elder Law Management System (ILS Edition) feature package for Time Matters (the "Feature Package"). Price covers the first Time Matters user and one assistant. Price is based on number of registered Time Matters users in the customer's database.

Fee for EACH additional Time Matters user. Fee covers license, and includes access to Time Matters training classes offered in conjunction with the Feature Package. Purchase must be made in addition to the purchase of the Base Feature Package.

In implementing EPMS, customers will want to convert their old contact and matter records to the new form styles, or make further customizations to the shipping form style. Or they may wish to migrate from Amicus Attorney or Outlook to Time Matters. EPMS Ultra consists of twenty-five hour block of pre-paid consulting. This time can be applied for both Time Matters and HotDocs customization and training, including customization of WTP Templates, and data migration.

Efforts have been made to make customization of the Wealth Transfer Planning forms as simple as possible. Nevertheless, there may be those of you who would find retaining a professional consultant to make your desired changes would be the most cost-effective option. You may wish to consider a Template Maintenance Contract with Basha Systems.

The basic maintenance contract provides for a maximum of 24 hours of professional consulting services over the one year term. It offers on average two (2) hours per month at the bargain rate of $90/hour. If you pay in advance for the entire year, the last 2 months are free, at a savings of $300 over the term of the contract.

The extended maintenance contract provides for a maximum of 36 hours of professional consulting services over the one year term. This provides for extensive customizations of the templates and is recommended for a high-volume estate planning practice. It offers on average three (3) hours per month at the bargain rate of $90/hour. If you pay in advance for the entire year, the last 2 months are free, at a savings of $540 over the term of the contract.
