- EPMS Feature Package (Additional User)

Fee for EACH additional Time Matters user. Fee covers license, and includes access to Time Matters training classes offered in conjunction with the Feature Package. Purchase must be made in addition to the purchase of the Base Feature Package.

The Basha Systems Estate Plan Management System (WTP Edition) feature package for Time Matters (the "Feature Package") requires a valid license to Time Matters Professional Version 8 or Time Matters Enterprise Version 8. Pricing above does not include the cost of the Time Matters® software or the cost of installing that software on a server or PC. Nor does it include general training or customization of your Time Matters database. Basha Systems LLC, a LexisNexis® Certified Independent Consultant ("CIC") is authorized to resell the Time Matters Software to customers. Customers who (a) do not currently have the software, (b) do not have Version 8, or (c) need additional licenses, should contact Basha Systems LLC directly for a software and implementation quote.

All sales of the Feature Package are subject to a thirty (30) day review period (the "Review Period") during which time the System may be returned for a full refund (less an installation and training charge of $300). The Review Period commences on the date the Feature Package is installed on your system by a Basha Systems technician. If you wish to return the Feature Package during the review period, contact Basha Systems at (800) 725-0326 and schedule a remote desktop session. During this session, a Basha Systems technician will uninstall the feature package and delete all media and manuals for the Feature Package from your system. No refund will be given unless the Feature Package is uninstalled by a Basha Systems technician.
