Quick Start

We at Basha Systems have built lots of document assembly systems. And if you have found this website, you are probably at least considering the possibility of having a document assembly system built or building one yourself. Here's a common dilemma you can probably empathize with - If I build the system myself, it will take hours and hours of billable time and frustration and it might not even end up the way I want it to look. On the other hand, if I have it built by an outside consultant, I'll get what I want but I'm terrified at what it might cost.

Introducing, The Document Assembly Quick Start Solution. The Quick Start Solution includes the following services:

A Basha system consultant will review the documents you wish to automate.
Based on this review, Basha Systems will create a basic component file and one of our customized system planning spreadsheets for your project.
Two four-hour remote training sessions during which we and you or your staff will automate, based on the length or complexity of the document(s) involved, one to two templates.
For one month after initial training, you will be guaranteed two hours of scheduled consultant time each week to continue working on your system.
Additional consultant assistance up to the limit of the hours purchased.

Still Working on the Project? Clients who purchase the Quickstart Solution are entitled to continue to retain Basha on a discounted rate. After the first month, you can continue working on your system with the support of a consultant, for a guaranteed two hours of scheduled consultant time each week for a monthly fee of $1,200.00.

The fine print: The Quick Start Solution does not include software licensing. It is based on an initial purchase of 25 pre-paid consulting hours at $150.00 per hour ($3,750.00). The client is advised that any hours used over the 25 initial hours will be billed at our normal rate of $200.00 or be subject to the purchase of an additional pre-paid consulting package. Only the documents submitted for automation at the beginning of the Quick Start Solution process will be considered for inclusion in the component file and system planning spreadsheet although Basha Systems will make all efforts to make the initial system as flexible as possible to allow for future expansion of the document assembly system by the client. Follow-up scheduling time must be confirmed with Basha Systems via telephone.
