Modelled on an annual service contracts in vogue for high-performance automobiles, the Tune-up Plan includes the following services provided by Time Matters authorized consultants:

Database Audit: A consultant will review your existing database and identify data integrity issues. Consultant will recommend procedures for correcting integrity issues and assist client representative in implementing those proceedures.
Backup Procedures Audit: A consultant will review and test your database backup procedures. Where required, the consultant will implement a semi-automated backup plan.
Service Pack Updates: A consultant will notify you of all service pack updates to Time Matters and provide remote installation assistance. (Version updates are offered at discounted rates).
Premium Desktop Support: Live support on your desktop is just a phone call and mouse click away. Using GoToAssist technology, a consultant will connect to your computer and walk you through the solution, step by step.
Weekly Tips: Each week, a new tip will be sent out, taking you step-by-step through ways to improve your usage of your database.
Ask the Expert: If there is something you want to do with your data, but don't know how, give our consultants a call. Using GoToAssist technology, a consultant will connect to your computer and give you a demonstration of how to make Time Matters work for you.

Terms and Conditions: The line between included and excluded services stops when the question of "How dow I ... ? becomes, "Please show my staff" or "Just do the settings for me". When the line is crossed, clients will be invoiced at the agreed on hourly rate for services outside the scope of the Tune-Up Plan.
